The Minneapolis 48 Hour Film Project: Horror Edition Is Coming to Nowhere Entertainment🎬

What if you had just 48 hours to make a movie from start to finish?

This fall, filmmakers from across Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Twin Cities will take on that challenge during the Minneapolis 48 Hour Film Project: Horror Edition. Nowhere Entertainment is excited to partner with the Minneapolis 48 Hour Film Project by providing the venue for several of this year's Horror Edition events, including the Registration Mixer, Kickoff, and Awards Ceremony.

If you've ever said, "I should make a movie someday," this might be the push you need to actually do it.

This fall, filmmakers across the Twin Cities will take on that challenge during the Minneapolis 48 Hour Film Project: Horror Edition, with Nowhere Entertainment hosting key events including the Registration Mixer, Kickoff, and Awards Ceremony.

What is the 48 Hour Film Project?

Teams create an original short film in just one weekend. You don't know your genre or required elements until the official Kickoff. Then, you have just 48 hours to write, shoot, and edit your film before submitting it for screening and awards.

It's a fast-paced filmmaking challenge that brings together filmmakers, actors, writers, editors, and other creative people to see what they can create in only 48 hours.

Nowhere Entertainment is proud to BE A VENUE partner!!

A horror filmmaking competition needs a fitting place to gather, and we're excited to welcome the Minneapolis 48 Hour Film Project community to Nowhere Entertainment in Inver Grove Heights.

As a venue partner for this year's Horror Edition, Nowhere Entertainment will host the Registration Mixer, official Kickoff, and Awards Ceremony.

With our spooky indoor mini golf, arcade, escape rooms, seasonal haunted house, food, drinks, and year-round Halloween atmosphere, we're looking forward to providing a fun home base where local filmmakers can meet, build their teams, kick off their 48-hour challenge, and eventually come back together to celebrate their films.

Location: Nowhere Entertainment, 5300 South Robert Trail, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077
